Secluded Hotel in Austria
=========================
"Location, Location, Location..." this is how the well-known Relax Guide judges the Mountain Resort Feuerberg
---
We think ten times before using a superlative, but when it comes to the location of the [Mountain Resort Feuerberg](https://www.feuerberg.at/en/), there are only praises to be sung. The resort - consisting of a hotel, chalets, and a [bathing and wellness world spanning more than 5,000 square meter](https://www.feuerberg.at/en/spa/feuerberg-spa/) - is located in the winter right in the ski area, directly on the slopes; in the summer, it is surrounded by wonderful nature in the midst of the hiking paradise of Gerlitzen Alpe. At an altitude of 1,769 meters, up here, there is a health-promoting climate all year round. And the possibilities are almost as boundless as our view: Over a hundred kilometers away, across half of Carinthia, to the Carnic Alps.
Premium location on Gerlitzen Alpe in the summer
------------------------------------------------
"Ease" would be the word to choose if we had to express the summer vacation feeling at Mountain Resort Feuerberg in just one word. A mountain full of possibilities. Situated on a gentle sunny plateau just below the summit of Gerlitzen. Surrounded by blooming alpine meadows, fragrant forests, and shimmering mountain lakes. A paradise for young and old: 500,000 square meters of its own alpine meadow, a secluded location, traffic-free, with 147 km of hiking trails right at the resort's doorstep. The location on a larger scale: in the heart of Carinthia, above Lake Ossiach, at the crossroads of the Alpe-Adria region. Just a short drive away from Italy and Slovenia.
